Important: By registering, installing, or using any Vyber.id service — whether FTTH Internet (VybeNet Home Internet/Business Internet), the Vyber.id Manager platform, or VybeFlow AI Omnichannel — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms and Conditions. Some clauses apply only to specific products and are marked accordingly within each section.
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
- "Vyber.id" or "We" means PT Vyber Asia Cloud, a technology company domiciled in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
- "Services" means all products and services provided by Vyber.id, including but not limited to FTTH Internet (VybeNet Home Internet & Business Internet), the Vyber.id Manager platform, and the VybeFlow AI Omnichannel platform.
- "FTTH Internet" means fiber-to-the-home internet access provided by Vyber.id to residential customers (VybeNet Home Internet) and business customers (Business Internet) within our network coverage area.
- "Vyber.id Manager" means the subscription-based platform for ISP / RT-RW Net operators, covering network monitoring, ACS Server (TR-069), automated billing, ODP mapping, customer portal, ticketing, HRIS, and AI Agents (Support, Technician, Billing).
- "VybeFlow AI Omnichannel" means the AI-powered omnichannel CRM platform accessed at vybeflow.vyber.id, for managing WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Web Chatbot conversations.
- "Customer" or "You" means the individual or legal entity subscribing to or using any of the Services. For FTTH Internet, the Customer is the internet subscription holder; for Vyber.id Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel, the Customer is also referred to as the "Tenant".
- "End User" means a third party that interacts with the Tenant through the Services, for example the ISP subscriber managed by a Manager operator, or the business customer who sends a message through a VybeFlow AI Omnichannel channel.
- "Channel" means a communication channel integrated with VybeFlow AI Omnichannel, including WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Web Chatbot.
- "Device" means the network equipment (ONT, router, cabling, accessories) installed or supplied by Vyber.id at an FTTH Internet customer's premises.
- "Tenant Content" means all data the Tenant or its End Users upload, send, or generate through Manager or VybeFlow AI Omnichannel, including messages, tickets, contacts, product catalogs, AI prompts, and documents.
- "Website" means the official Vyber.id website at www.vyber.id and its sub-domains.
2. Scope of Services
Vyber.id offers three product lines with distinct characteristics. Several clauses in this document apply only to the relevant product; look for the product label on each sub-section.
2.1 FTTH Internet (Home & Business Internet)
- VybeNet Home Internet for residential use and Business Internet for business use
- Service is only available within the Vyber.id network coverage area; availability can be confirmed by our sales team
- Vyber.id reserves the right to reject registration if the location is not within network reach
- Internet speed is shared and may vary based on network conditions. Plans with higher priority lanes receive bandwidth preference when the network is congested
- Vyber.id is committed to a minimum monthly uptime of 95%, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure
2.2 Vyber.id Manager (VybeCore AI ISP)
- A Software-as-a-Service platform for ISP or RT-RW Net operators, offered in Free, Lite, Pro, and Pro+ plans based on customer count and AI message quota
- Features include real-time router/switch/OLT monitoring, ODP mapping, ACS Server (TR-069) for remote device management, automated billing with WhatsApp reminders, customer portal, ticketing, HRIS, and three AI Agents (Support, Technician, Billing)
- Vyber.id targets a minimum monthly platform uptime of 99%
- Manager connects to the Tenant's network equipment using credentials supplied by the Tenant. The Tenant remains the owner and operator of its ISP network
2.3 VybeFlow AI Omnichannel (AI-Powered Omnichannel CRM)
- Unified inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and Web Chatbot
- AI Agent for replying to customer messages with configurable system prompt and skills
- Ticket management, conversation history, human agent assignment, blast campaigns, and per-channel analytics
- Product catalog with multi-image support, sent automatically by the AI Agent
- Third-party API integration via connectors (MCP) and webhooks
- Vyber.id targets a minimum monthly platform uptime of 99%. Availability of certain features may depend on the subscription plan and the policies of channel vendors (e.g. Meta for WhatsApp/Instagram)
Out of Scope
- Vyber.id does not provide WhatsApp numbers, Instagram/Telegram accounts, or virtual numbers on behalf of the Tenant. VybeFlow AI Omnichannel Tenants must supply and manage their own channel accounts
- Vyber.id does not provide network equipment for Manager Tenants. Manager Tenants must supply and manage their Mikrotik, OLT, ONT, and other network-side equipment
- Responsibility for moderating outbound messages produced by the AI Agent (in either Manager or VybeFlow AI Omnichannel) remains with the Tenant
3. Registration and Account
To use the Services, You must meet the following requirements per product:
3.1 General Requirements
- At least 17 years of age (for FTTH Internet) or 18 years of age (for Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel), or a legally established business entity
- Provide identity and information that is true, accurate, and complete
- Use a verifiable, active email address
- Agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the Vyber.id Privacy Policy
3.2 FTTH Internet
- Have a valid installation address within the network coverage area
- Sign the installation handover document and accept the Device in good condition
- Allow Vyber.id technicians to install, maintain, and retrieve the Device upon service termination
3.3 Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel (Tenant)
- The first account created for a Tenant is by default an admin and may add additional agents / operators
- The Tenant admin is fully responsible for the actions of every user created under its account
- Each user must hold individual credentials; password sharing is prohibited
3.4 Account Security
- You are responsible for keeping accounts, passwords, API tokens, and webhook keys confidential
- All activities performed via Your credentials are Your responsibility
- You must immediately report any suspected unauthorized access to [email protected] so we can apply protective measures
4. Payment and Billing
4.1 FTTH Internet
- Invoices are issued monthly according to the activation date
- Payment must be completed before the due date
- Available payment methods: Bank Transfer, Virtual Account, E-Wallet, and cash on delivery
Late Payment Stages
- 7 days late: first warning via WhatsApp/Email
- 14 days late: internet speed is reduced
- 30 days late: service suspension
- 60 days late: permanent termination and Device retrieval
Attention: Installation fees and Device deposits are non-refundable in case of termination due to late payment.
4.2 Vyber.id Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel
- Provided as a monthly or annual subscription. Plan details, customer/AI-message quotas, channel and agent counts, and pricing are listed on the pricing page or in an official quote
- Vyber.id Manager offers a Free tier with capped limits; on either platform, trial periods may end automatically
- Payments are processed via approved partners (including Midtrans) using Bank Transfer, Virtual Account, E-Wallet, or supported credit cards
- All prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
Late Payment Stages
- 3 days late: automated reminders via email and in-app notification
- 7 days late: restricted access to the AI Agent and campaign features
- 14 days late: Tenant access to the platform is suspended
- 30 days late: subscription is terminated and data deletion is scheduled per section 9
Attention: Subscription fees that have been paid are non-refundable in case of termination caused by late payment or breach of these Terms and Conditions. Refund details are governed by the Refund Policy.
4.3 Price Changes
- Vyber.id may adjust prices, quotas, or plan features with at least 30 days' prior notice
- Customers may continue with the new pricing, switch plans, or cancel the service without additional penalty
5. Use of Services and Fair Usage
5.1 General Terms
- The Services are for legitimate personal or business use only
- The Services may not be resold or shared with third parties without written permission from Vyber.id
- Use must comply with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia and the policies of the third-party platforms used
- The Customer is responsible for all activities using its Vyber.id connection or account, including outbound AI Agent messages based on Tenant configuration
5.2 FUP — FTTH Internet
- Some plans may have a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) listed in the plan description
- After reaching the FUP limit, speed may be reduced until the next billing period
5.3 FUP — Vyber.id Manager
- Each plan has limits on managed customer count, daily AI message quota, monitored device count, and storage
- Once a quota is reached, the relevant feature may be temporarily restricted until the next period or until the Tenant upgrades
5.4 FUP — VybeFlow AI Omnichannel
- Each plan has limits on AI message count, active contacts, agent seats, skills, connected channels, and media storage
- Vyber.id may apply rate-limits or automatically disconnect usage patterns deemed likely to cause blocks from third parties (e.g. spam patterns)
6. Prohibited Uses
The Customer is prohibited from using the Services to:
- Conduct illegal activities including but not limited to hacking, phishing, and the distribution of malware
- Access, store, or distribute illegal content, child exploitation material, hate speech, or terrorism
- Send spam, scams, or fraud to End Users, including messaging without consent (opt-in)
- Disrupt or damage Vyber.id or third-party networks/systems, including denial of service attacks
- Resell, lease, or sublicense Service access without written permission from Vyber.id
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain the source code of the Manager or VybeFlow AI Omnichannel platforms
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code via file upload, webhooks, or API connectors
- Share, sell, or trade credentials, API tokens, or webhook keys with third parties
- Engage in activities that may endanger national security
Warning: Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of the service without refund, and may be reported to authorities and to the relevant channel providers (e.g. Meta).
7. Third-Party Integrations
7.1 Vyber.id Manager Integrations
Manager connects to third-party devices and services on the Tenant's side, including Mikrotik (RouterOS API), OLT/ONT, payment gateways, the WhatsApp API, and Google OAuth for authentication.
- The Tenant represents that it has the lawful right to provide credentials and access to its network equipment
- Vyber.id stores device credentials (e.g. Mikrotik user/password) in encrypted form and uses them solely for the features the Tenant has enabled
- Vyber.id is not responsible for disruptions, equipment damage, or third-party account blocks resulting from the actions of the Tenant or its End Users
7.2 VybeFlow AI Omnichannel Channel Integrations
VybeFlow AI Omnichannel connects to WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and payment providers. For each channel You enable:
- You represent that You have the lawful right to operate the channel account on behalf of the Tenant
- You are bound by the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies of the channel provider (including the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Instagram Platform Policy, and Telegram Bot Terms)
- Vyber.id is not responsible for number blocks, quota restrictions, or permission revocations imposed by channel providers as a result of Tenant actions
- Access tokens (e.g. Instagram long-lived access tokens) that You provide are stored securely and used solely to operate the services You have enabled
- You may disconnect a channel integration at any time via the Channel menu in VybeFlow AI Omnichannel. Disconnecting does not delete conversation history from before the disconnect date
Note: Media attachments (images) sent to Instagram Direct Messages are temporarily stored on our servers to enable delivery to Meta for up to three (3) days, after which they are deleted automatically.
8. Data, Privacy, and Intellectual Property
Data Ownership
- Tenant Content in Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel — including messages, tickets, contacts, product catalogs, and ISP customer data — remains the property of the Tenant
- The Tenant grants Vyber.id a limited, non-exclusive license to process Tenant Content solely to the extent necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Services
- Vyber.id will not sell Tenant Content to third parties
Customer and End-User Privacy
- Manager Tenants and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel Tenants act as the data controller for their End Users' data, while Vyber.id acts as a data processor
- For FTTH Internet, Vyber.id acts as the data controller for customer identity and billing data, as described in the Privacy Policy
- All parties must comply with the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) and any other applicable privacy regulations
Vyber.id Intellectual Property
- Vyber.id holds all rights in the Services, the Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel software, source code, interfaces, integration models, trademarks, and related documentation
- The Customer obtains no rights in the software other than a limited right of use during the active subscription / service term
- Feedback You provide may be used by Vyber.id to improve the product without obligation of compensation
9. Suspension and Termination
Suspension by Vyber.id
Vyber.id may suspend the Services if:
- Payment is overdue in accordance with section 4
- A breach of these Terms and Conditions is detected
- Required for maintenance, security incident investigation, or a lawful request from authorities
- A third-party channel provider revokes the Tenant's operating permission (VybeFlow AI Omnichannel only)
Termination by the Customer
- FTTH Internet: at least 7 business days' notice before the termination date; the Customer must return any Vyber.id-owned Device; outstanding charges remain payable
- Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel: the Tenant may cancel the subscription at any time via account settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed
Termination by Vyber.id
- Vyber.id may terminate the Services in case of serious breach
- Termination may occur without notice in certain cases
- The Customer remains obligated to pay outstanding charges
Data Deletion and Device Retrieval
- FTTH Internet: Vyber.id schedules Device retrieval within a reasonable time after termination; the cost of lost or damaged Devices may be charged to the Customer
- Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel: Tenant Content is retained for 30 days after termination to allow export and recovery. After that period, data is deleted from production systems, except data that must be retained by law
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vyber.id is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential damages, or lost profits arising from the use of the Services
- Service disruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, power outages, public network disruptions, war, or government action)
- Actions, omissions, or policies taken by third-party providers (channels, payment gateways, equipment vendors), including account blocks, API changes, or messaging policy changes
- The accuracy, suitability, or legal compliance of content produced by the AI Agent based on Tenant configuration
- Content accessed or shared by the Customer
- Damage to the Customer's Device or equipment not caused by Vyber.id
- Data loss or leakage caused by credential compromise outside Vyber.id's control
Note: Vyber.id's total liability to an FTTH Internet Customer is capped at the Customer's monthly bill value. For Manager and VybeFlow AI Omnichannel Tenants, total liability is capped at the subscription fees paid during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
- Vyber.id may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time to keep up with service developments, regulations, or third-party policies
- Material changes will be announced via the website, email, and/or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect
- Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms
- If You disagree with the changes, You may request termination as set out in section 9 without additional penalty
12. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia
- Any dispute will first be resolved through good-faith deliberation
- If deliberation fails, disputes will be resolved through the Sleman District Court, Special Region of Yogyakarta
- The governing language is Indonesian. In the event of a translation into another language, the Indonesian version prevails
