1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:
- "Vyber.id" or "We" is PT Vyber Asia Cloud, an internet service provider company based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
- "Customer" or "You" is an individual or legal entity that uses Vyber.id services.
- "Services" are all products and services provided by Vyber.id, including but not limited to internet services.
- "Device" is all equipment installed or provided by Vyber.id for service purposes.
- "Website" is the official Vyber.id website at www.vyber.id.
2. Scope of Services
Vyber.id provides internet services with the following terms:
Available Services
- Home Internet - Internet services for households
- Business Internet - Internet services for business needs
Coverage Area
- Services are available in areas covered by the Vyber.id network
- Service availability can be checked through our sales team
- Vyber.id reserves the right to reject registration if the location is not within network reach
Service Quality
- The internet speed offered is the maximum speed (up to)
- Actual speed may vary depending on network and device conditions
- Vyber.id is committed to providing a minimum uptime of 99% per month
3. Registration and Account
To use Vyber.id services, you must meet the following requirements:
Registration Requirements
- At least 17 years of age or have an ID card
- Provide true, accurate, and complete data
- Have a valid installation address in the service area
- Agree to the applicable terms and conditions
Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
- All activities that occur on your account are your responsibility
- Report immediately if account misuse occurs
4. Payment and Billing
Payment Terms
- Invoices are issued monthly according to the activation date
- Payment must be made before the due date
- Available payment methods: Bank Transfer, E-Wallet, and cash on delivery
Late Payment
- 7 days late: First warning via WhatsApp/Email
- 14 days late: Internet speed reduction
- 30 days late: Service suspension
- 60 days late: Permanent termination and device retrieval
Attention: Installation fees and device deposits are non-refundable in case of termination due to late payment.
Price Changes
- Vyber.id reserves the right to change service prices with 30 days notice
- Customers can choose to continue or discontinue service
5. Use of Services
Vyber.id services must be used in accordance with the following terms:
- Services are for personal or legitimate business use only
- May not be resold or shared to third parties without permission
- Use must comply with applicable laws in Indonesia
- Customers are responsible for all activities using the internet connection
Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
- Some packages may have fair usage limits (FUP)
- After reaching the FUP limit, speed may be reduced
- FUP details are listed in each package description
6. Prohibited Uses
Customers are prohibited from using Vyber.id services for:
- Illegal activities including but not limited to hacking, phishing, malware distribution
- Accessing or distributing illegal content, child pornography, or hate speech
- Conducting spam, scam, or online fraud
- Interfering with or damaging Vyber.id network or third-party networks
- Reselling services without written permission from Vyber.id
- Using services for copyright-infringing activities
- Engaging in activities that may endanger national security
Warning: Violation of these terms may result in permanent service termination without refund and may be reported to authorities.
7. Suspension and Termination
Suspension by Vyber.id
Vyber.id reserves the right to suspend services if:
- Payment is overdue
- Terms and Conditions violation is detected
- Network maintenance is required
- There is a request from authorities
Termination by Customer
- Customers can request service termination at any time
- Minimum 7 business days notice before termination date
- Customer must return Vyber.id owned devices
- Outstanding bills must be paid in full
Termination by Vyber.id
- Vyber.id may terminate service if serious violations occur
- Termination may be done without notice for certain cases
- Customer remains obligated to pay outstanding bills
8. Limitation of Liability
Vyber.id is not responsible for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service disruption due to force majeure (natural disasters, war, government policies)
- Losses due to customer errors or negligence
- Content accessed or shared by customers
- Damage to customer devices not caused by Vyber.id
- Loss of customer data or information
Note: Vyber.id's maximum liability is limited to the customer's monthly bill value.
9. Changes to Terms
- Vyber.id reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions at any time
- Changes will be announced via website and/or email
- Changes take effect 14 days after announcement
- Use of services after changes means you agree to the new terms
- If you disagree, you can request service termination
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia
- Any dispute will be resolved through deliberation first
- If deliberation fails, disputes will be resolved through the Sleman District Court, Yogyakarta
- The applicable language is Indonesian
