Partnership programme

Build an internet network in your own area

We provide the hardware, the platform and the technical guidance. You provide knowledge of your own area — which is the part that cannot be bought.

What you get

Why partner rather than start from scratch

The hard part of running an ISP is not pulling cable. The hard part is billing, monitoring, fault handling and admin — and all of that is already built.

A platform, ready to run

ONT Pilot: network monitoring, automated billing, work orders, warehouse, and AI agents for support. The same platform we run ourselves.

Hardware and network design

OLT, ONT, ODP and the topology design. We size capacity and cable routes before a single metre is pulled.

Technical guidance

Training for your technicians, and escalation to our team when something new breaks.

Billing that runs itself

Invoices, reminders and online payment. Customers pay by transfer or over the counter, and the system does the recording.

24-hour monitoring

Every subscriber device is polled automatically, so faults surface before a customer calls.

Licensing and compliance

We help navigate network operator licensing so your operation is not built on shaky ground.

Investment packages

Two entry points, both complete

The figures below are the up-front investment for hardware, installation and guidance. The return projection assumes a Rp 150.000/month tariff and a conservative take-up rate — it is not a promise.

Starter — Rp 100 million

Capacity for up to 300 subscribers. One 8-port OLT, 50 ONTs, network design, the platform and guidance. Projected 7-year ROI, roughly Rp 10 million a year early on.

Business — Rp 200 million

Capacity for up to 750 subscribers. Larger hardware, wider area, priority support. Projected 7-year ROI, roughly Rp 20 million a year early on.

The process

From first conversation to first subscriber

  1. Talk, then survey

We discuss the area you have in mind, then survey it for prospect density and viable cable routes.

  2. Design and costing

We produce the network design and hardware list, then show the cost and return projection openly.

  3. Build and train

Hardware is installed, the network tested, and your team trained on the platform until they can run it.

  4. Operate, with backup

You run day-to-day. We stay available for major faults, platform updates and network expansion.

Partnership questions

Do I need a technical background?

Not required, but it helps. What matters more is understanding your area and being willing to run daily operations. The technical side we train.

Is the 7-year ROI figure a guarantee?

No. It is a projection on conservative tariff and take-up assumptions. Actual results depend on prospect density, competition and how fast the network fills. We show the assumptions so you can test them yourself.

Who owns the hardware?

You do. The up-front investment buys the equipment, it does not rent it. What we provide on an ongoing basis is the platform and technical support.

What if my area already has an ISP?

That is often a good sign — it means there is demand. What the survey looks for is whether there is room left, and where the incumbent is leaving people unhappy.

How long until the network is live?

Typically 1–3 months from agreement to first connected subscriber, depending on licensing and hardware lead times.

Want the numbers for your area?

Send the district or village you have in mind. We will check what data we have and give you an initial picture at no cost.
