What people ask most
How long does installation take?
If your address is inside the coverage area, usually 1–3 working days after the survey. The survey itself is often same-day or next-day.
What is the difference between the plans?
Lane priority when the network is busy — from a fairly shared lane up to a top exclusive one. On a quiet network they all feel the same. Plan names, tier count and prices differ by area; check what is available where you are.
Is there an installation fee?
Installation and hardware are included on a 6-month minimum term. Anything unusual, like a long cable run, is quoted before work starts.
What if my address is not covered yet?
Ask anyway. The map shows reach from existing distribution points and the area keeps growing — sometimes the gap is a few dozen metres.
Can I use it for a business?
Yes. The plan with the highest priority lane in your area is usually a good fit for offices and small shops. For heavier needs or a static IP, contact us for a separate quote.
