PT Horizon Vyber Nusantara (formerly PT Vyber Asia Cloud) was founded on one simple belief: a connection you can rely on need not be expensive, and need not be explained in language designed to confuse.
We started with one network
Vyber.id began as a local internet provider. Running it needed software — to monitor subscriber hardware, issue invoices, dispatch technicians. What was on the market was too expensive, too complicated, or did not understand how a small Indonesian ISP actually works. So we built our own.
That software grew into ONT Pilot, and other ISPs now use it to run networks of their own. The two halves keep each other honest: every shortcoming in the platform we feel first as an operator, not as a support ticket.
What we do today
- VybeNet — fibre home internet in our service areas.
- ONT Pilot — network management platform for ISPs and community networks.
- VybeFlow — omnichannel support with AI agents for WhatsApp, Telegram and web.
- A partnership programme for building new networks in other areas.
